Jarrod & Erin’s Residence

Hillarys

A work of fate brought this project to us, with a pick up of Paw Patrol toys from Gumtree taking owner Erin on a tour of a West Coast Residential home. Working with specific design concepts, a set budget and a selection of owner-nominated trades, the Manson Residence was pulled off without a hitch.

Paul & Jaqueline’s Residence

Mindarie

With both the Paul and Jaqueline having a construction background, another faultless build was required of West Coast Residential. This sprawling 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom + study home was crafted to allow their studying daughter ample indoor and outdoor privacy.

Bowers Residence

Having already built three homes in the past, the Bowers came to us looking for fourth time lucky. Seeking a custom build that made the most of every metre, West Coast Residential took to this brief like a duck to water, delivering a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom masterpiece that ticked all the boxes.
