The Coopers came to us with their own plans, offering us the chance to craft the split level family home of their dreams alongside their own designer. Resting on a challenging and unusually shaped block, we worked collaboratively throughout the project, aligning our construction methods to their design. The result was an immaculate home that effortlessly navigates the complexities of a sloping narrow frontage block. With the clients living interstate at the time, our faultless communication was integral to the successful completion of the project. With regular updates through our client portal via both photos and documents, the end result exceeded all expectations. Being in a cul-de-sac in an established suburb also required extensive communication with neighbours to ensure the Coopers a happy start to life in their new area. Woodgrain cabinetry, traditional double bricks, a concrete suspended slab and full resort-style landscaping make this a home to remember.
