With both Paul and Jaqueline having a construction background, another faultless build was required of West Coast Residential. This sprawling 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom + study home was crafted to allow their studying daughter ample indoor and outdoor privacy. Meanwhile, guests visiting from overseas needed the chance to feel at home and have a little space of their own. With recycled bricks to the front elevation of the home, the statement begins at the first hello. Inside, visitors are greeted by feature tiles, barn-style sliding doors, a dual oven and a glamorous alfresco entertaining area. West Coast Residential also set out and facilitated the installation of a pool prior to construction.
